By accessing and using isms.bg's services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

isms.bg provides ISO 27001 consulting services, including but not limited to implementation guidance, gap analysis, risk assessment, and virtual CISO services. The specific details of each service will be outlined in the service agreement between isms.bg and the client.

As a user of our services, you agree to provide accurate and complete information as required for service delivery. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login information associated with your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

All content, materials, and documentation provided by isms.bg as part of our services are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit permission.

isms.bg strives to provide high-quality services, but we cannot guarantee that our services will be error-free or uninterrupted. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms of Service.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bulgaria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
